Great place to stay. All rooms are on the beach, most with an ocean view. Been coming here for years, always a great time.

The Lafayettes Oceanfront Resort is a great place to stay at Wells Beach Maine. Excellent emoloyees who are always willing to help accommodate people's needs. The rooms are always well kept and up to date. There is a heated pool and hot tub to use for guests that is always clean and filled with people. The Original Building has a walkway leading right to the beach which is very useful. I love staying here and I look forward to it each year.
Very nice place to stay. For the money tho they should include a contenental breakfast. I was really disappointed that they went non smoking.
