Our go to place to stay in Wells Beach. Nice clean rooms with balcony that overlooks the beach and great view of the ocean. Highly recommended!
We had an ocean view room and you are RIGHT on the ocean! Great view and sounds and pleasant smell of the ocean. Nice covered balcony with a few chairs and a table. Room is nice but bathroom is small. Parking is very tight and you park in little cramped spaces. Caution, three floors and no elevator. Beach in front of the hotel is very nice. Great place to stay, just put up with the quirks!
First time visiting and we are very happy. Rooms are just as pictured, very clean and comfortable. Little fridge, microwave and Keurig with coffee and condiments in the room. We are on the third floor on the oceanside. Assumed there would be an elevator, it's a long walk up with suitcases and beach chairs, etc. An elevator is needed. Priceless view, relaxing listening to the waves of course. Nice to sit on private balcony and talk or read, or get lost in your own thoughts. We have already reserved the same room for next summer!
