I have used Garnsey Brothers for over 30 years to rent our summer rental property each year.
The 19 church street property is in need of repairs. Front bed room ceiling looks like it's about to fall down from water damage, paint is peeling off in large sections every where, and there's a cracked window or two. Great location though. Would be a real cute place if it was actaully kept up.

My wife is a 'Neat Nick' and I often find that the family has to wait a couple hours until she has cleaned the place to her satisfaction. About 4 or 5 years ago Garnsey Brothers must have changed cleaning companies because now the place 'sparkles' when we check in!
