Are you kidding me! This place is so wicked awesome! Don't even think about going anywhere else. Blueberry pie, lobsta roll, seafood platter. They are worth the wait. Staff is best in the USA

Every time I come here I'm never disappointed. The seafood chowder is delicious. The best I've ever had. All of the food is great and reasonably priced for the portions you get. It's a local gem. Service is always fast and friendly.

Quick, clean and tasty. What more can you ask for? We went with my parents as we were visiting them. As we are from Toronto I was hankering for some seafood... Boy did I see food and did I ever eat it. I had the DDD special to commemorate that loud guy who visited. It was good. The seafood chowder was a bit runny but it was packed with flavor and seafood. Next up was the cod cake and lobster pie. For the market price I got my money's worth. It was hot, buttery and loaded with sweet meaty lobster.
The Maine Diner is an incredibly popular spot, and for good reason. I haven't had anything here that I didn't enjoy. Expect to wait for a table during peak times in the tourist season, but it slows down a fair amount during the off-season.
